I think every girl / woman should have some basics in their wardrobe, like a simple black blazer, white shirt, a  pencil skirt, because there are some situation where you JUST don't know what to wear, even if your room is full of clothes.. We all know that kind of situation.. Therefore, (same with accessories ) a pair of black heels and a black handbag shouldn't be missed in your wardrobe. You can match them with everything..of course only in emergency situations :)
